Services

FreshGround Hammond Artificial Grass provides artificial grass installation and related services for residential and commercial properties in Hammond, IN and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Service estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of estimate.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are estimates based on the information provided to us. Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions, material availability, and scope changes. We will notify you of any significant price changes before proceeding with work.

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We typically require a deposit before starting work, with the balance due upon completion.

Scheduling and Cancellations

We will work with you to schedule services at a mutually convenient time. Weather and unforeseen circumstances may require rescheduling. We appreciate at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover preparation costs.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. Installation workmanship is typically warranted for one year from the date of completion. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer and vary by product.

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, neglect, extreme weather events, or modifications made by others. Full warranty details will be provided in your service agreement.

Property Access and Preparation

You agree to provide clear access to the work area and ensure all necessary permits are obtained. You are responsible for marking underground utilities and removing any items from the work area unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We take care to protect your property during installation, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues with underground utilities not properly marked.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
